HOME, SWEET HOME

We live in Lilley, a small village on the North West border of Hertfordshire. This accurate but misleading description disguises the painful truth, revealed by the postcode (LU2), that we are actually just a couple of miles outside Luton.

The house is a fairly modern bungalow that looks a little out of place next to the predominantly older buildings - especially the 16th Century pub next door. Being a bungalow makes it very practical for us though ... and the garden, lovingly maintained by a gardener who comes with the house (bliss!), is beautiful and surrounded by fields.
